Semester Plans
Normal Plan customers get a bag that will hold approximately 20 pounds of bulk laundry. Anything over 20 pounds will be charged $2.25 a pound. This is equivalent to three small machine loads: one each of whites, mediums, darks. This plan should be adequate service for most customers. Customer gets one bag load per week for each week of the semester. Clean Cats bags will be distributed the first week of class and service begins the second week.

Our Basic Semester Plan is the perfect solution for busy students who want fresh, clean clothes all semester long — without ever setting foot in a laundry room. With this plan, you’ll get one pick-up and drop-off each week for the entire semester.
Simply leave your laundry in your provided Clean Cats bag, meet at the designated pickup / drop-off area right outside your dorm / apartment, and we’ll handle the rest — washing, drying, folding, and returning it to you within 48 hours. It’s convenient, consistent, and built around your student schedule.

Common Questions
Everything you need to know before your first pickup
Will my clothes get mixed up with someone else's?
Never. Each bag has a unique identification badge. Your laundry goes into its own washer and dryer — it never touches another customer's clothes at any point in the process.
What if something gets damaged?
If we damage an item through our negligence, we'll work with you to replace it. Items damaged by things left in pockets (like pens) are the student's responsibility — so do a quick check before drop-off.
How much fits in the subscription bag?
Each bag holds around 20 pounds of laundry — that's roughly three small machine loads, or a full week's worth of clothes for most students. If you elect to do a single wash, there is no limit on the amount you give us!
When do I pay?
Semester plans are paid upfront before service begins. Single washes are booked and paid online. No cash, no awkward handoffs at pickup.
What if I have a conflict during my pickup time?
Just reach out and we'll find a time that works. We're flexible — life happens, especially during finals.
